ECOLOGY SHIRAZ

Maiden harvest 2007.

There are only 4 ha of Shiraz vineyards.

The vines carry few grapes and in January we have cut back even more so that all the strength of the vines goes into the wine.

Also, all imperfect bunches, as well as the grapes that have not reached the same level of ripeness, were removed to ensure even bunches only to obtain the best quality possible.
