Great care is taken to produce premium Ecology wines.

Because the first Cabernet grapes are never good quality, we have chosen to drop all Cabernet grapes early and let the vines become stronger.  This block is very exposed to the sun and is situated on rich soil, nurturing the vines to deliver a big rich taste.
